These protein filled chocolate pancakes take only 15-20 minuets to make and they are great for a light, healthy ‘running late to work’ breakfast in only 4 easy steps! It serves up to 12 pancakes depending on how much mixture you use! I love this recipe so much and I hope you do too!
First of all, you need to heat your stove to a medium heat and put some oil in of your choice!
Secondly, mix together 2 cups of flower, 2tbs baking powder, 1/2 tbs baking soda and a pinch of salt
Then in a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, 3 tbs of honey, 1 tbs of vanilla extract and 2tbs of oil.
After that, mix everything together and it will become a dough. Then gently fold in chocolate chips.
Serve with extra chocolate chips and enjoy!!
