My everyday workout routine at home!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share with you a few things I do to keep in shape at home. I know a lot of people struggle to find time to go to the gym like me, and I hope it helps you in some shape or form because I know how hard it is to find a perfect workout.. (btw this isn’t perfect it’s just a mishmash, hodgepodge list of my favourite exercises that seem to help me.. I’m not a fitness guru so if you are one please don’t hate because I’m just doing what works for me haha.. hope you find this helpful:) )

1) 10 squat kicks

2) 10 side laying hip raises

3) 5 frog pumps

4) 10 single leg glute bridge

5) 7 kickbacks

6) 5 three point knee raises

7) 5 reverse lunge

8) 10 squat jumps
