Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you in on some little tips that will hopefully help your skin a lot to achieve that fresh faced, clear, glowing skin!
1) LESS PRODUCT IS MORE!
you should always limit the products you put on your face because it adds more chemicals to your skin and if there’s too many chemicals your pores will fill up and create further breakouts.
2) THE MORE LIP BALM THE DRIER YOUR LIPS WILL BE OVERTIME!
If you keep putting lip balm on your lips, it means that the oils in your lips that are produced won’t be able to hydrate them. If you do choose to use a lip balm it would be better to use a natural one because there won’t be so many drying products in them! I recommend the Holland and barret lip balm, it’s full with natural and friendly products!
3) SPRAYING WATER ON YOUR FACE!
you’ve heard of drinking water right? what if I told you spraying it on your face is just as good! I’m not saying don’t drink water because another part of getting rid of acne is to drink a lot of water but you can’t just clear your acne by drinking water!
4) MOISTURISE YOUR OILY SKIN!
just because you have oily skin it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t moisturise! hydrated and oily are two different things which when you moisturise it makes a huge difference to your skins appearance! if you have oily skin it’s better to use a moisturiser with no oil in it! I recommend clean&clear, they have many natural products and they help your skin a lot and doesn’t add more oil to your skin!
5) CHANGE YOUR PILLOW CASES!
when you sleep you slaver, you get a stuffy nose, you cough… where does it all go? your pillow. that goes for your acne too. the bacteria goes on the pillow and if you don’t change your pillow cases your acne will just get worse because once you’ve cleaned your acne your sleeping on that same pillow with all the dirt and bacteria on which means your acne will only get worse. I recommend changing your pillow cases once a week to stop further breakouts!
I hope you all enjoyed these little tips to keep your skin healthy! Please comment what you’d like me to do next!
